Join me to learn how to make your own sterling silver spinner ring in this relaxed one-day jewellery workshop in my Birmingham Jewellery Quarter studio. Spinner rings, sometimes known as meditation or worry rings, feature one or more rings that gently spin around a wider band. During the workshop you will learn a range of traditional jewellery-making techniques as you create your own unique ring from sterling silver. You will begin by measuring, marking and cutting your silver before adding texture (if desired), forming and soldering your ring. Once your main band has been created, you will make up to two spinning rings and personalise your design with your choice of textures. Finally, you will finish, polish and refine your ring ready to wear. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some jewellery-making experience. The spinner ring workshop can be booked for one person for £295 or for two people for £500, Please note if you are booking for one person one other person may book this class also. There is a maximum number of 2 participants for all my classes and no minimum number. Your workshop includes: • Sterling silver to make one wide spinner ring band • Sterling silver to make up to two or three spinning rings to add to your band • Use of all tools and equipment • Refreshments throughout the day (tea, coffee and biscuits) By the end of the workshop you will leave with a beautiful handcrafted sterling silver spinner ring designed and made by you. The workshop lasts approximately 5–6 hours and includes a one-hour lunch break. There are plenty of cafés and places to buy lunch nearby, allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere of Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter. CANCELLATION POLICYCourse refers to any experience or class we offer. Full refunds can be given 24 hours after your booking. If 14 days is given then 50% of your course fee will be refunded. No refunds issued with less than 1 weeks notice. A course rescheduled cannot be refunded at all if then subsequently cancelled. This policy excludes wedding ring workshops. Please contact Vanessa with any questions you may have. Classes are for adults over the age of 17 only. Changes to course dates: If we need to amend or postpone your class due to our reasons such as a tutor illness or inaccessible workshop etc, we will reschedule your class when the workshop is available to suit all participants where 2 people have booked on. We will give you as much notice as we can (please ensure we have your up-to-date details at booking). We regret we cannot be responsible for the cost of pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements. Refunds & Transfers: Please ensure you can attend all of the dates of the course before you book a place. In general classes run for a minimum of 2 hours or 1 day as specified in the course description, Special Event Workshops run for 1 full day or 2 full days over a weekend. If you do wish to cancel your course you may do so as stipulated above. Rescheduling classes is only possible if the workshop is available for use. If 2 people are booked onto a course then the rescheduling can only occur if both parties agree with the date(s) offered by the booking manager. Rebooking is at the discretion of the booking manager and cannot be refunded at all if subsequently cancelled.
