Limited Edition: 1/1
A beautifully handcrafted one of a kind, sterling silver spoon gilded with 24 carat gold. The stem is handcarved and topped with a dragonfly in flight. The turned bowl is crafted from wenge and has a beautiful natural patternation. Inspiration for this piece originates from a visit to Compton Verney in Warwickshire, where on a glorious sunny day the insects were in abundance particulary honey bees collecting nectar and the neon damselflies and dragonflies hovering just above the almost still lake.
All items are crafted inhouse by Vanessa Miller in her workshop in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter. All orders are carefully crafted and beautifully finished, tucked inside a box wrapped in tissue paper and delivered to you nestled inside a recyclable carton.
Did you know?I also work to commission. I am very happy to discuss designs and ideas with you and create unique, wearable jewellery. So if you can't quite find what you are looking for then please get in touch with your commission!
